8U Registration 10U Registration 12U Registration 14U RegistrationThe baseball calendar year resets on August 1st of each year. As such, players should register for the fall 2026 season based on their age as of April 30th, 2027. For example, in order to play 8U for the fall 2026 season the player must be 8 years old or younger on April 30th, 2027. Any player turning 9 prior to April 30th, 2027 should register for 10U fall baseball. This may be altered upon extenuating circumstances.
Any player wanting to "Play Up", must be evaluated to play in an upper division. Accordingly, players wanting to play up must have played at least one season of WLYB and demonstrated the ability to play up at the discretion of the Board. Any player that was approved to "Play Up" for the spring 2026 season is pre-approved to play in the same division for the fall 2026 season, if applicable with their age as of April 30th, 2027.
Please register your child for his/her desired division with an accurate DOB. In addition to the above, the ability for registrants to play up will be subject to overall league numbers and roster sizes.
All age divisions are subject to enough volunteer coaches and players to support teams. If we do not receive enough coaches for the number of players, we will go on a first come first serve basis for our entries accepted. If a team cannot be formed because of the number of players or coaches, player registrations will be refunded.
