The cutoff date for birthdays is April 30th. This may be altered upon extenuating circumstances.

Any player wanting to "Play Up", must be evaluated to play in an upper division. Accordingly, players wanting to play up must: (i) have played at least one season of WLYB and demonstrated the ability to play up at the discretion of the Board, or (ii) attend the skills evaluation for the older division and be selected by a coach at that division.

Please register your child for his/her desired division with an accurate DOB and plan to attend the skills evaluation for that division. In addition to the above, the ability for registrants to play up will be subject to overall league numbers and roster sizes.

All age divisions are subject to enough volunteer coaches and players to support teams. If we do not receive enough coaches for the number of players, we will go on a first come first serve basis for our entries accepted. If a team cannot be formed because of the number of players or coaches, player registrations will be refunded.
